For off-road wheels, we choose 1.85 rim width – it is a perfect size for SurRon/Talaria because the widest possible tire that fits the bike will fit the rim.

For on-road wheels, we highly recommend using our combination available on the product site or at least with the exact sizes for each rim. Any other might not fit well – read more here.

You can, but you don’t have to. 21″ will rise in front of the bike, but it will correct the head tube angle for a better front suspension angle of attack. You can compensate for it with a linkage riser.

Our 21″ wheels are based on standard market 1.60″ width size, so they will fit any 21″ off-road tire width.

Dishing/offsetting – the rim is moved to the left on spokes. You change the spokes/nipples alignment to be shorter/longer on each side to move the rim to the desired position. It’s a very common procedure, and most of our clients choose dished wheels.

Unfortunately, we cannot advise or recommend any tire other than ours. Tire models and brands are difficult to tell whether they will fit your bike without installing them first. To be 100% sure, please choose tire fitment on our website.

The best fork for 21″ wheels with fat off-road tires is an inverted upside-down type. For example stock DNM, FastAce or upgraded like Manitou Dorado. If you have a standard fork and would like to be more sure please contact us with your fork model.

For both Talaria&SurRon we recommend 2.15 with 80/90-16″ tire for the front and 2.50 with 100/80-16″ for the rear.
Any wider size for the front requires fork covers modifications and a great dish, which might affect the riding experience.

There are many cons and pros for both sets, but to make a story short 21″&18″ set is recommended for enduro or/and for tall riders, 19″&16″ set is recommended for motocross or/and for short riders.

Stock Surron/Talaria has 19″ small tires and a 48T sprocket. 18″ Wide and Super Wide tires have the same diameter, so the top speed would be the same, but to compensate for the additional weight, we recommend upgrading to the larger sprocket.
16″ SuperMoto tires are a bit smaller than OEM, so in order to keep the top speed, we recommend a bit smaller sprocket, but to keep the exact dynamics, you can stay with 48T or go with the larger sprocket.

40T is designed especially for low-speed high torque upgraded powertrain systems (60V), so you can hit tons of mph

Our wheels are more robust than stock wheels and strong enough to withstand more than what a Sur-Ron/Talaria bike can stand. Our main goal was to make the best price-quality offer on the market, and so far, it is the best. We also want to give customers alternative wheel upgrade options for expensive competitors’ products.
