FAQ AND SUPPORT

We always do our best to ship orders long before the deadline. After purchase, you will receive an e-mail with a link to track the order’s status and to check the “estimated shipping date.”
Please notice that the order starts proceeding only after we receive the payment.
Contact us for more detailed information about the current lead time or your order before ordering.

CUSTOM PRODUCT
If the custom option is selected, the lead time is calculated from: “Usually ships in:” + proceed time of the most extended custom option.
For example, “Usually ships in 5- 7 days” + “TIRE FITMENT: 2 weeks proceed time” = 3 weeks proceed time.

BACKORDER
If the product/custom option is in BACKORDER, you can order, but the lead time is unknown (if the date is not specified), and we will postpone shipping until it’s back in stock. Contact us before ordering for backorder details.

DIFFERENT PRODUCTS ORDERS

Shipping for different products will begin for the most extended lead time product from the order. Please make separate orders if necessary.

SAME PRODUCT ORDERS

Orders with the same products may be delayed depending on the quantity ordered. Don’t hesitate to get in touch with us before a big order for a more precise lead time.

PRIORITY SHIPPING

Shipping method (priority or economy) does not affect your order’s lead time (manufacturing time). We know that time is of the essence, so we make every effort to fulfill your order ASAP, regardless of whether the shipping is economy or priority.

1.85″ rim width is the perfect size as it will fit the widest tire that will ever fit SurRon. There is no point going with a 2.15 rim.

We do not recommend putting a wide tire to a narrow rim. They will most likely not fit. If you would like to go with a wider tire we recommend upgrading the rim to at least 1.60 and for the best result to 1.85.

We are getting ready to sell tubeless on-road sets. Stay tuned!

It all depends on the manufacturer and there is not one converter for all tires/models. Real-life sizes differ from than ones described. Please check specific product description or contact us for details.

Yes, it is compatible with most, if not all, brake callipers.

We cannot 100% guarantee it, but most of the aftermarket batteries are compatible with our Seat Lift.

It all depends on your preference. The wider you go, the wider the tire you can put, and the more grip you can have. The most common combo is 3.00″+ 2.50″ rims with 110 and 90 tires.

Sure, we can, but it will probably not fit any fork.

As far as we know, DNM is the only fork capable of mounting two brake calipers.

It means that we cut the side knobs that would hit the chain. We use special tools to do it fast and cleanly. Nevertheless, we recommend dishing/offsetting, as you lose corner traction with trimming.

It works for some riders, but generally, it is not a desirable combination as it tilts the whole bike too much to the rear, making it harder to maneuver.

Yes, the 18″ wheel is almost the same. It has a smaller rim diameter but the same outer tire diameter, which means more rubber to work for you on trial.

We make custom tire fitments on special requests like sand/desert tires, etc. Please contact us directly with your idea.

All our wheel sets are plug&play with standard SurRon/Talaria fork (DNM). If your bike has a different fork, please use the TIRE FITMENT tab on the specific wheel product page for more info.

Our 21″ wheels are based on the standard market 1.60″ width size so that they will fit any 21″ off-road tire width.

Sure it will. The X160/Youth version differs from the standard only by having smaller wheels, powertrain, and front fork. The frame or any other construction design is the same.

You can, but you don’t have to. 21″ will rise in front of the bike, but it will correct the head tube angle for a better front suspension angle of attack. You can compensate for it with a linkage riser.

Our wheels are equipped with OEM hubs, which means they have OEM rotor bolt patterns. It can be used as long as the bolt pattern matches your desired rotor bolt pattern.

We intentionally take them off for shipping purposes. Please go to the manual page for more information about plugging them back.

Sure! As long the belt is farther or in the same position as the OEM chain, you can still use your upgraded belt kit. If the belt is closer to the wheel, it might rub with wide tires.

You need to use your existing hub spacers, sprocket, and brake disks from OEM.

For off-road wheels, we chose 1.85 rim width – it is a perfect size for SurRon/Talaria because it’s the broadest possible tire that fits the bike.

For on-road wheels, we highly recommend using our combination available on the product site or at least with the exact sizes for each rim. Any other might not fit well.

Stock Surron/Talaria has 19″ small tires and a 48T sprocket. 18″ Wide and Super Wide tires have the same diameter so that the top speed would be the same, but to compensate for the additional weight, we recommend upgrading to the larger sprocket. 16″ SuperMoto tires are a bit smaller than OEM, so to keep the top speed, we recommend a bit smaller sprocket, but to keep the exact dynamics, you can stay with 48T or go with the larger sprocket. 40T is designed especially for low-speed high torque upgraded powertrain systems (60V), so you can hit higher mph.

You don’t need to contact us about order updates – each will be sent via e-mail, and if required, all current details can be checked on the order site in your profile or in the link we sent you after making the order.

Our wheels are more robust than stock wheels and strong enough to withstand more than what a Sur-Ron/Talaria bike can stand. Our main goal was to make the best price-quality offer on the market, and so far, it is the best. We also want to give customers alternative wheel upgrade options for expensive competitors’ products.

We offer the best quality/price tires on the market. We divided them into three groups: budget, standard, and premium.
Budget is for generic Asian brands that are known for their excellent price-quality ratio – verified and tested by thousands of our clients worldwide and us.
Standard is average brands like Deli, Duro, Journey, Kenda, Heidenau, Wanda, CST, etc.
Premium is top-end brands such as Pirelli, Michelin, Bridgestone, Dunlop, Metzeler, Mitas, Shinko, Maxxis, etc.

Intermediate Compounds are designed for both soft and hard terrain, meaning sand, dirt, pavement, rocks, water holes, woods, etc.

All wheels that we sell are Plug&Play ready, and no modifications are needed except for the front fork covers. Some tires are wide enough to touch fork covers or rub fork arms. Please refer to the specific wheel description.

Both sets have many cons and pros, but to make a story short, the 21″&18″ set is recommended for enduro or/and tall riders, and the 19″&16″ set is recommended for motocross or/and short riders.

For both Talaria and SurRon, we recommend going with 2.15 with 80/90-16″ tire for the front and 2.50 with 100/80-16″ for the rear.
Any wider size for the front requires fork cover modifications and dishing, which might affect the riding experience.

We offer a wide range of wheel sizes to meet your needs, including 12″, 14″, and 17″, both as individual wheels and as sets.

The best fork for 21″ wheels with fat off-road tires is an inverted upside-down type. For example, stock DNM, FastAce, or upgraded like Manitou Dorado. If you have a standard fork and want to be sure, don’t hesitate to get in touch with us with your fork model.

Please ensure the wheel’s axis is straight in relation to the swing arm. In other words, ensure your lockdown axle blocks are in the same place on both sides.

We don’t have CAMO tires in stock, but we are doing our best to put them back on sale. We cannot promise any date at the moment. Please sign up for our newsletter to get a notification when they are back in stock.

Unfortunately, we cannot advise or recommend any tire other than ours. Tire models and brands make it difficult to tell whether they will fit your bike without installing them first. To be 100% sure, please choose tire fitment on our website.

You need to either dish the rim or cut the knobs.

Sure! Please get in touch with us before purchase so that we can deduct the cost of those parts.

Yes, we can sell every single bit we build our products with – rims, spokes, nipples, bolts, adapters, etc. Please check the SPARES category on our website.

We use an OEM hub with a SurRon bolt pattern. Please double-check if you use the rear disk for the rear wheel because it differs from the front disk.

Most of the parts are compatible with the SurRon Youth model as the model shares all geometry with a standard model. Please refer to the COMPATIBILITY tab on the product page.

Dishing/offsetting – the rim moves to the left on the spokes. You change the spoke/nipple alignment on each side to be shorter/longer to transfer the rim to the desired position. It’s a standard procedure, and most clients choose dished wheels.

Every part is compatible with OEM. No modification is needed on your bike except for the front fork type. Some tires are wide enough to touch fork covers or rub fork arms. Please refer to the specific wheel description.

Order status can be checked in your website account or in the Order Summary link we sent you after making the order. You don’t need to contact us about any updates – each will be sent via e-mail and will be updated in the Order Summary or on the website account.
